Larsen EU Primer

Larsen EU Primer is a universal two pack epoxy primer for use with both resin and cement-based systems. It provides high strength bonding of self-levelling compounds, repair mortars, epoxy screeds, mortars and coatings to a variety of substrates.

It acts as an adhesive membrane and will improve the chemical, water and vapour permeability resistance of surfaces. It may also be used as a surface sealer for hardening screeds and concretes. EU Primer is the bonding agent in the HDS resin screed system.

Larsen NP Keycoat

A high performance, water based, modified polymer primer.

Supplied ready to use it is formulated for use on smooth and non-porous, demanding substrates prior to tiling or levelling. It is ideal for priming one coat DPMs, tiled floors and metal substrates. NP Keycoat can also be diluted for use on porous substrates as a general purpose primer to reduce the absorption of the substrate before applying tile adhesives and levelling compounds.

Mapei Isolastic

Isolastic is a type of latex mixed with Kerabond, Kerabond T, Kerabond Plus and Adesilex P10, undiluted

Mapei Isolastic is a latex additive to be mixed with Kerabond Plus to improve the performance and deformability to satisfy class C2 S2 (improved cementitious adhesive and class S2 (highly deformable adhesive) according to AS ISO 13007 requirements. Adhesives obtained this way are suitable for interior and exterior bonding of all types of ceramic tiles (double-fired, single-fired, quarry tiles, klinker, terracotta, glass mosaics, porcelain tiles, etc.) and stone material on conventional substrates, on concrete, precast concrete panels as long as well cured (3 months), heating panels, fibrous cement, plaster board and wood or wood composition panels as long as they are firmly fixed. Installations can be carried out over gypsum-based or anhydrite surfaces only if specifically primed beforehand.

Mapei Mapelastic AquaDefense

Ready-to-use, ultra quick-drying, flexible liquid membrane for waterproofing internal and external surfaces.

Mapelastic AquaDefense is a ready to use, flexible, ultra rapid drying waterproofing membrane for interior and exterior use in showers, wet rooms and on balconies*. Can be tiled after 4 hours. For use on screed, render, concrete, plywood and ceramic finishes. Can be reinforced with Mapetex SEL to provide an anti-fracture membrane.

• Mapelastic AquaDefense is supplied ready to use.
• Mapelastic AquaDefense is a rapid product: resists water 1 hour after applying the first coat and 3 hours after applying the second coat.
• Ceramic may be bonded after 4 hours (at +23°C and 50% R.H. when applied on a dry screed with less than 3% residual moisture).
• Mapei Mapelastic AquaDefense is elastic: at +23°C it has 3.2 mm crack-bridging capacity without reinforcement

Where to use:

• To form waterproofing layers before applying ceramic, stone and mosaic coatings in:
  balconies and terraces:
• bathrooms and shower cubicles;
• laundry rooms;
• saunas and damp environments in general.

Mapelastic AquaDefense may be applied on:

• concrete
• cementitious screeds and screeds made using special binders (Topcem, Topcem Pronto, Mapecem or Mapecem Pronto):
• plasterboard (for internal applications only):
• existing coatings in ceramic, terrazzo and stone;
• cementitious render.

Palace Terracotta & Stone Sealer is a natural oil based treatments which has long been used as the traditional means of sealing and protecting rustic floors based using a linseed oil based composition applied to original Terracotta, Stone & Slate to protect from the ingress of moisture, damp and stain bearing deposits. This type of treatment  may slightly darken the appearance of previously untreated, porous surfaces, but will provide a rich authentic satin lustre, intensifying the natural colours and shades unique to this type of traditional ceramic flooring.

Python PR Priming & Bonding Agent

It increases the adhesion and prolongs the working time of tile adhesives and self levelling compounds. It can be used on both absorbent and non-absorbent surfaces, internally and externally.

Rocatex Grout and Cement Remover

It’s a rapid action cleaning agent for removing cement residues, grout stain, efflorescence and other similar deposits from glazed and unglazed ceramics, slate, quarry tiles, brick, terracotta and stone. May be used in dilute or concentrated form. Suitable for interior and exterior applications.
