Shipping Information

Where can we deliver in the UK?

Our delivery service covers most of the UK. If you’d like a bespoke delivery  quote to go off-shore like the Channel Islands or a place with poor accessibility then give us a call or email us and we’ll take care of it.

Can we deliver outside the UK?

Right now we do not make delivery outside the UK & Channel Islands. However we do sell to overseas customers who are willing to arrange their own shipping. Please contact us to discuss.

How long till I get my order?

Within 3 working days is our usual delivery. Deliveries are made between 8 am to 5pm during normal working hours.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is all included FREE on our site, so there’s nothing more to pay. With exception to Channel Island delivery and any abroad deliveries – call us to discuss.

If a delivery is refused or unable to be made due to the customer, additional delivery charges will be incurred and become payable prior to being re-delivered.

Where will I get my delivery?

We can deliver to the kerbside only to domestic houses. Delivery drivers cannot enter people’s homes or carry products to another part of your property.

On building sites, our drivers will deliver to your storage areas if practical and safe to do so. [this will be left to the drivers discretion]

Waiting time over and above 30 minutes will be charged at £50 per hour, or any part of an hour.

Can I nominate a specific delivery time & date?

If you are aiming for a specific time / date contact us prior to order and we’ll do our best to take care of it for you, within what’s possible.

Do you deliver only to the payment address?

We can deliver the address you note when you are completing your order. We do recommend however that you the customer receive and sign for the order.

When my order arrives does it need to be signed for?

Yes, someone preferably over the age of 18 should sign for delivery. This person if not you, needs to be authorised by you, to take delivery and approve the order is correct and signed for.

What do I do if my order is wrong or arrived damaged?

Get on to us straight away if you think your order is wrong or incomplete. Your order should be checked carefully before you sign the Proof of Delivery and a note be made on the POD of any irregularities.

Ensure that your quote your order number when you make contact.

CanI change my order after I’ve paid?

If the order has been moved to shipping then we cannot change it as the order is now under despatch. Up until then it may be possible, call us and we’ll try our best to take care of a change.

Am I able to cancel for a refund?

If the order is not shipped call us to cancel and we’ll do our best to take care of it.

If it’s been picked from the warehouse there could be a re-stocking fee.

Am I able to return items I don’t use?

At the moment we do not offer this service.

Will we match prices?

If you find a lower price than ours (it’s almost unheard of) then we’ll do our best to match. Call us to discuss and we’ll see what we can do.
