Coverage: On heavily soiled floors this product will be sufficient for up to 60 sq. Metres when diluted 1 to 10 with water. On regularly maintained floors when diluted at about 1 to 100 with warm water coverage will be 250 to 300 sq. Metres per litre of concentrated product.

Application Method

Regularly cleaned floors will require PALACE HEAVY DUTY TILE CLEANER to be used at a dilution rate at about 50ml per 5 litre of warm water, which is applied by scrubbing a brush/pad or mop over the tiled surface depending on the intensity of the floor grime. Accumulated and ingrained dirt on poorly maintained floors will require an initial clean using a stronger dilution of up to 500ml per 5 litres of warm / hot water and applied with a stiff brush or mildly abrasive synthetic fibre pad.

Properties

PALACE HEAVY DUTY TILE CLEANER is effective as a regularly used maintenance product in the removal of grime & dirt from lightly soiled tiled surfaces. It is also effective in recovering the appearance of ingrained heavily soiled surfaces when used at the higher recommended concentrations shown above. In circumstances where even the most concentrated treatment fails to achieve the desired result try using Grout Film Remover, but only on surfaces which have been pre-tested to ensure that the tile itself will not be damaged.
