Here at Buy The Pallet we are strong believers in taking care of customers and business while being kind to the planet.

From our very first day of business we have focussed on using technology to manage the business thus minimising any use of materials. In day to day running it means we produce zero waste. We don’t use any paper, cardboard, water, or produce any printed materials. We encourage all our suppliers to work with us electronically, and to date there is only one supplier that produces a paper statement once a month and we are working with them to reduce this.

Buy The Pallet uses a dropship style of business. This means materials ordered from us are sent direct, utilising the delivery network of manufacturers and suppliers. Where possible our supply chain has only one journey and minimises the carbon footprint.

It has always been a priority to treat all our customers professionally and respectfully.

We have a strong sense of fairness and pay all our suppliers in a very timely and professional manner. We understand that our suppliers are also businesses so we ensure our finances are settled rapidly and properly.
