BAL Level Max is a rapid-setting, high performance single part polymer-modified, protein-free, fibre cementitious leveller for floors. It has a maximum bed depth up to 80mm in a single application – the largest in the market. It is suitable for use over timber at 3mm, accepts foot traffic in 3 hours and can be tiled after only 4 hours at any depth saving significant project time and reducing costs.
It provides the perfect start to any flooring project with key features including added flexibility and strength, self-smoothing capability, low shrinkage and a protein free formulation. A highly rigid decoupling waterproof membrane that is resistant to rotting and is designed for tile and natural stone installations onto problematic substrates including standard floorboards, underfloor heating, gypsum floors, green screeds, metal surfaces, asphalt etc. Suitable for interior and exterior areas and works well in extremely damp conditions.
Application:
Apply a 4mm bed of flexible tile adhesive to the substrate. Ensure that the anchoring fleece is on the underside of the matting and is fully engaged in the adhesive providing a mechanical bond to the substrate and allow the adhesive to dry.

RonaScreed FastDry Prompt screeding additive for site batched screeds is used to quickly reduce the level of retained moisture within the screed allowing floor coverings to be laid over the screed much sooner than with conventional screeds. It gains strength quickly, permitting early access by following trades.
It is supplied in concentrated form and used in low dilution. It promotes rapid drying and early laying of floor coverings such as sheet vinyl, tiles and other non pervious floor coverings.
Drying of screeds incorporating RonaScreed FastDry Prompt is influenced by heat generated during curing, meaning drying of thicker screeds is faster per millimetre of screed thickness. Screeds installed at 50mm can accept moisture sensitive floor coverings after only 4 days, 75mm and 100mm screeds can accept the same coverings after only 6 days.
RonaScreed FastDry Prompt is typically incorporated within 25mm to 100mm thick floor screeds and applied by competent screeding contractors. It is simple and straightforward to use and can be purchased and laid by non-licensed screeding contractors.

Sikafloor 245 Level Deep Fill Ultra Self Levelling Compound is a one-part, thick bed cement-based smoothing and resurfacing compound for levelling out extremely uneven floors and screeds down to a depth of 50mm in one coat.
It is typically used for levelling floors prior to laying ceramic and thermoplastic tiles, lino, wood block flooring or carpet. When mixed as directed, the compound provides a free flowing/trowelable mix.
