In order to achieve the best possible outcome for your paving project, we recommend that you use our professional strength SBR for priming, and as an additive in your bedding mortar.
The ProJoint SBR products are a water-based emulsion of a modified styrene-butadine polymer and have been designed to improve the strength and workability of sand and cement mortar. They can also be used for priming the surface of natural stone or cement slabs or setts to promote adhesion.
With non-foaming properties ProJoint SBR controls the density of the mortar and results in a significant increase in compressive, tensile and flexural strength.
- High solids content of over 30%
- Excellent freeze :thaw resistance
- Improves strength and workability or mortar
- Promotes adhesion of natural stone and concrete paving to substrates – can be used as a primer
(Typical addition is 200ml per 1kg of cement)

Specially formulated for porcelain paving, ProJoint Porcelain Grout has been developed for joint widths of 2 to 20mm and is ideal for internal or external use. The anti-mould growth technology with added silicone, helps limit mould growth and allows ProJoint Porcelain Grout to repel water from the surface of the grout, whilst allowing vapour to pass through. A high performance priming slurry for porcelain paving
The ProJoint Porcelain Primer is an ultra-high polymer and fibre modified flexible primer with excellent workability and adhesion properties. As a single coat fast application, ProJoint Porcelain Primer promotes adhesion and control suction on difficult substrates such as porcelain, concrete, ceramic tiles, paving slabs or setts. Using the ProJoint Porcelain Primer enables the porcelain slabs or setts to be laid on a sand and cement bedding.
The powdered primer is supplied in two 10kg bags to allow the bucket to act as the ideal mixing vessel with the simple addition of water.

A very advanced but simple to use solution to filling joints between paving slabs and setts, suitable for all types of natural stone and concrete paving on pedestrian and vehicular areas up to 3.5 tonnes. Specifically designed for sensitive stone, ProJoint V35-UV is the perfect partner for the most prestigious of projects. The single component PU resin is mixed with the sand supplied, and applied to the paving using either a brush or squeegee. It offers a long processing time which makes it especially suited for paving with narrow joints, large paving unit sizes, and for use in hot weather.

The two-part epoxy resin system is easily mixed and quickly applied as a slurry to dampened paving. It has increased water tolerance to give the great advantage of enabling use in damp weather and light rain. Its ultra high strength means that it can be used in the most demanding of environments where heavy traffic loading is required.
