ROCATEX Waterproof Tanking Coat is a rapid drying, highly flexible, one part solvent free liquid rubber membrane based on an advanced durable synthetic latex polymer system with excellent waterproofing properties. It has been developed for application to a broad range of construction substrates prior to tiling. Once cured the membrane remains elastic and forms a seamless barrier to water.

Ronadeck Resin Bound Surfacing Aggregates
Ronadeck Resin Bound Surfacing resin is a two-part polyurethane resin used to bind kiln-dried aggregates together to form a highly decorative, permeable surface. It is UV stable in typical UK conditions and is formulated and manufactured at our production facility in Essex. The open matrix allows water to drain through to the base, eliminating water ponding and allowing water to drain to planted areas or land drains. The surfacing may be applied to SuDS compliant bases and sub-bases, reducing the impact of urban development on flood risk and allowing water to flow into water courses.
Edgings created from brick, stone, timber or steel should be installed to retain and protect the resin bound surfacing.

UV Stable, 2-Part Polyurethane Resin, Suitable for Driveways, Paths, Foot and Vehicle Traffic
RonaDeck Resin Bound Surfacing Resin is a two-part polyurethane resin and is used to create a highly decorative, permeable surface by binding kiln-dried aggregates together. It is manufactured in Essex and is UV stable in the typical UK conditions. The open matrix allows water to drain through to the base, eliminating water ponding and allowing water to drain to planted areas or land drains reducing the impact of urban development on flood risk and allowing water to flow into water courses when applied to a SuDS compliant base and sub-base.
The minimum application thickness is 15 mm for foot traffic and 18 mm for driveways, when combined with kiln-dried aggregates that are no bigger than 6 mm in diameter.

A single part SBR admixture for cement mortars that enhances physical and chemical properties
Ronafix SBR is a single part modified styrene butadiene liquid additive for cement mortars which enhances physical and chemical properties, allows mortars to be placed in thin section, provides waterproofing and resistance to frost and promotes adhesion to building surfaces.
Mortars containing Ronafix SBR are used for a wide range of applications where thin high strength high performance mortars are required. Typical minimum application depth is 6mm.
There are 2 mix designs when using Ronafix SBR as a concrete repair mortar. Ronafix SBR Mix Design A is used for concrete repairs where there is no exposed steel reinforcement and Ronafix SBR Mix Design D is used where any reinforcement is exposed.

RonaScreed FastDry Prompt screeding additive for site batched screeds is used to quickly reduce the level of retained moisture within the screed allowing floor coverings to be laid over the screed much sooner than with conventional screeds. It gains strength quickly, permitting early access by following trades.
It is supplied in concentrated form and used in low dilution. It promotes rapid drying and early laying of floor coverings such as sheet vinyl, tiles and other non pervious floor coverings.
Drying of screeds incorporating RonaScreed FastDry Prompt is influenced by heat generated during curing, meaning drying of thicker screeds is faster per millimetre of screed thickness. Screeds installed at 50mm can accept moisture sensitive floor coverings after only 4 days, 75mm and 100mm screeds can accept the same coverings after only 6 days.
RonaScreed FastDry Prompt is typically incorporated within 25mm to 100mm thick floor screeds and applied by competent screeding contractors. It is simple and straightforward to use and can be purchased and laid by non-licensed screeding contractors.
