UltraFloor Grip & Grab It is a MS-polymer based high quality, fast curing multipurpose adhesive and sealant. Very high initial tack for extreme grab. Cures to form a durable, elastic bond.
Uses
Perfect for bonding and sealing almost all materials on porous and nonporous surfaces in building construction. Specifically designed for:
- gripper rods
- trims
- cladding
- skirting
- stair nosings
- wooden flooring
Suitable for use with concrete, wood, most metals, natural stone, brick, glass and plaster both internally or externally. Boasts excellent adhesion to clean surfaces without the need to prime, even on slightly damp surfaces. Grip & Grab IT is permanently elastic and once cured is paintable.

Subfloor Preparation
To ensure a good bond is achieved all substrates should be thoroughly clean and free of dust, dirt, grease and oil contamination. Once cured it will resist temperature extremes from -40°C to +90°C.
UltraFloor Grip & Grab IT – Application
Apply UltraFloor Grip & Grab IT with the supplied nozzle in strips to the materials to be bonded. The strips must be applied in uniform vertical parallel rows. Bring together the parts to be joined as quickly as possible and press fi rmly while adjusting into position. Ensure there is a pressed adhesive thickness of 2-3mm between the joined materials. NB: Not suitable for PE, PP, Teflon®, bituminous surfaces, polycarbonate and polyacrylate. Not suitable for joints under constant water submersion.
Cleaning
Any adhesive that may protrude along the edges can be removed using a stopping knife. Adhesive residue that has not yet dried, can be removed using a suitable cleaner. Dried adhesive must be removed mechanically.
Storage
This product must be stored in unopened packaging, clear of the ground in dry conditions. Avoid frost. Ideal storage temperatures are between 5°C and 25°C.
Shelf Life
Under the above storage conditions this product has a shelf life of 12 months.
