A Rapid-Setting, Multipurpose, Flexible, Structural Gel Tile Adhesive. “The 1st Gel Adhesive That Will Bond Anything” Kerakoll.

A multi-purpose flexible structural gel adhesive. Longer workability with accelerated adhesion for bonding even in extreme conditions of all types of material, on any substrate for any use.
Biogel® adhesive guarantees maximum adhesion through full wettability of the tile under any conditions. It structurally bonds the substrate to the tile for long-lasting adhesion over time. Owing to the shear strength of the exclusive new low-environmental-impact resins, Biogel® stands up to stresses on the most deformable substrates.
Kerakoll Biogel® Revolution is a premium rapid set adhesive with non thickening formula for up to 1 hour of constant workability and a setting time of 3 hours. This adhesive has accelerated adhesion for bonding in extreme conditions and with all types of material. It’s eco-friendly and doesn’t cause irritation.

Kerakoll Biogel® Revolution more information:
Coverage: Grey (mixing ratio 23%) ≈ 1.3 kg/m2 per mm of thickness
White (mixing ratio 28.5%) ≈ 1.2 kg/m2 per mm of thickness
Kerakoll Biogel® adhesives are thixotropic, smooth & light at any thickness that maintains its shape and works easily on walls with no tile slippage. Guarantees maximum adhesion through the full wettability of the tile under any conditions.
Biogel® will not detach from the tiles or the substrate even when they are heavily stressed and it doesn’t thicken and keeps in the bucket just the way you mixed it for long periods.
The mix can be made how you want as it doesn’t shrink and will be soft and easy to use no matter how thick the mix is.
The thixotropic and liquid consistency wets the entire tile, even after a long time.
Performance is superior and works for everything on everything, It can be used on Cement-based screeds, concrete, timber, metal & PVC although for timber, metal & PVC you will need to use Keragrip Eco prior to laying the adhesive.
