Newly installed surfaces
Ensure surface to be treated is completely clean, dry, and free from dirt, grime, cement, and grout. (see ROCATEX Cement, grout & Salt Remover).
Existing surfaces
First clean and degrease surfaces with ROCATEX Tile & Stone Renovator. Rinse well. Leave to dry out thoroughly (24 hrs)
Clean and dry surface – Apply using a foam roller, sealant applicator pad or paint brush. Pour contents into a separate container or dip tray. Apply to the surface without rubbing until an evenly thin film is created. Allow to dry (1 hr). For a more enhanced appearance further coats should be applied at right angles to the first (max.4.)
Do not over apply as a heavy layer or too many coats may cause unsightly build up/affect slip resistance and/or reduce the efficiency of product. Hardens after about an hour but will take a further three days to achieve full hardness and become fully resistant. Always test first to establish the correct method of application and optimum number of coats before general use.
Avoid extremes of temperature. Surface temperature range for application between 5°C – 25°C
Store in a cool, dry, frost-free environment. Store locked up. Shelf Life – Up to 2 years for un-opened containers. Do not use in temperatures under 5°C or over 25°C. Clean application tools and brushes with water after use.
Routinely sweep and wash surfaces. Clean and mop surfaces with ROCATEX Tile & Stone Cleaner. At some stage (every 2-3 years) complete renovation of the Porcelain Paving Enhancer may be desired. In this case use ROCATEX Resin Residue Remover to strip the original coatings before re-applying. Regular cleaning with steam cleaners, jet washers and strong detergents should be avoided.

BTP very helpful in supplying a pallet of floor leveller. I needed it on the Saturday, but didn’t want it sitting on the driveway for several days.
